The Story of our (re-)Brand

When we started Venturous Coaching, we discovered a beautiful creative space: The coaching conversation.

It’s a space where a client finds a special freedom. It’s a safe space to imagine possibilities. In that space, it’s OK to put words and images to a future the client always wanted. And then, it seems possible to step out to make that future happen.

Always learning over the past five years, we kept adding tools to our toolkit. To coaching, we added leadership assessments including the Actualized Leadership Framework. It provides deep insight and actionable steps to mature leadership. We saw the power of cohorts when it happened that our individual clients were also in the same work group. We saw how human growth and change in a few folks across the org chart could improve work culture for everyone - exponentially.

We’re human developers.  We can’t help it.  Rather than suffer through work that seems to tear us apart, we ask questions that reveal pain points, as well as sources of fulfillment.  With a little space to stop, feel and evaluate what’s going on, we’ve found that stressed out leaders and their teams can find creative solutions and the courage to choose paths that energize them, rather than break them down.
