It’s six months now, since we launched our rebranded company as “Kinetic Talent”. Since then, If you’ve seen us less regularly around town, it’s because our calendars are packed as we work on the business, AND in this business! Our spirits are high, and we’re feeling the accomplishment. We wanted to touch base and share some exciting updates from Kinetic Talent. Becoming Familiar Faces in Leadership Growth
We have developed regular haunts where you might see us giving one of our workshops. Our colorful banners and tablecloth make our conference vendor space cheery. We're the same passionate team, dedicated to realigning work culture toward deeper purpose and respect. Our in-person workshops have been instrumental in developing self-awareness and communication skills among leadership teams, crucial for managing so many people and projects efficiently and empathetically.

In recent months, we've successfully onboarded 26 leaders for one-on-one coaching, each bringing a unique perspective from managing billion-dollar projects to overseeing teams of supervisors.
